Tanner has always provided excellent service when I visited the dealership. He is always prompt and courteous during my visits. I’m very happy to have him as my service advisor.
Everything went smoothly and no issues.
My service advisor was great. My issue was being told I needed a new cabin filter when it was just changed. I still have the tires on my car from last year where I was told I needed new. Now question how csn you say brake fluids fluids need changing but never check brakes. My husband agrees how sad ot was that I was told ai needed something that was not needed. Also get rid of that ai for calling in. Please call ****-****-xxxx

900 for an ingition coil is literally robbery. I have came there for years getting different stuff done after that then having to reach out for an update on my car even though you were informed when I needed it back. I had to wait 20 mins just for someone to tell me they had no idea they would have to go ask the tech, after four hours nothing had been done. I will never return even for an oil change after being extremely over priced and bad customer service.
Mr Cipolla was very pleasant and courteous and kind when he served me. The service was done timely
They claim they drove it and could not find the problem. They did not charge me this time.
My appointment was at 1:15 pm. I arrived approximately 15 minutes early. It was 2:30 pm before they were done with my car. I do not get it should have taken over one hour to get a simple oil change.

Everything was fine except my info was NOT sent in to NC DMV so I could pay my property taxes and get my updated registration card. It used to happen immediately after work was completed. I tried it tonight to no avail.
Disappointed.
Arrived at my APPOINTMENT time. Waited 15 min to see service advisor, but someone he knew showed up and he took that customer first. The customer told him that 2 were in front of him but advisor said don't worry about it. Then took 2.5 hrs for inspection and simple recall. Had to wait in waiting area that was tremendously hot. Whole experience makes me question future service or future purchases.
When we got into the shop in area everyone was running around ignoring us. Finally someone stopped and asked could he help. We told him we were waiting on Tyrone. He finally came up and started asking about what service we needed. I told him oil change car wash. I asked him what could be done about my back door if we are in the house or outside or a restaraunt the door will open on its on what could be done
He says all you have to do is go in on the settings and chsnge. I asked him if he could do it and he said no he did not have time. I was so taken back I did not know what to say. He said when we left to drop by the sales office and one of them could help us. And after about an hour and 45 minutes my husband went to find the manager and wanted to know why is it taken so long. The manager was very nice and took care of the oil change bill. And when we got to the car it had not been washed after I asked him to. Very poor service from him and I can not believe he would not change the setting for me we are in our 70s and hard to figure this out. I felt so bad when we left there. I will be back but I go in it want tyrone is to help us. Thank you uouAnbo
