As always my experience was satisfactory and my service was very satisfactory
I had scheduled a detailing with my 10000 mile service. I get there and was told that detailing was behind and couldn't offer that service did I stilk want to have my car serviced. I drive an hr away to have it serviced where I purchased it. So I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to servicing the vehicle til Monday. Then later on 4/24 around 5pm was told my car was done and needed to return loaner within 24 hours. I have never had an issue similar to this before. This is my 3rd GX.
While they did offer to have valet pick up my car and not charge refueling when they could get my car detailed, I thought that was an option already available to me.
Not sure what my next step will be. Thought you would want to know.

I was told that the service would only take an hour; however I was there for 2.5 hours. The service was great, but I wish it didn’t take us long. My car is running fine and I am very grateful for that.
Always ALWAYS excellent service here - advice is honest and gets me what I need. Jeff, Dan, Cassie... they're my go to crew along with Micah who makes sure my car and any loaner i need is ready and perfect. Amenities while I wait allow me to get things done comfortably, too. Thank you team!

I’ve been coming to Lexus for car maintenance since 2019. This was the least amount of communication and longest I’ve ever waited for my car to be completed.

Car was towed to Lexus Brookpark at 10 am on 4/22 and I had to wait 2.5 hours on 4/23 for it to be completed. Finally completed at 3:45pm.
Just for a new key fob which should not have taken that long. I was given zero updates as the time ticked by while waiting in the guest area.
Cassie was wonderful as usual! Truly a professional!
