Took seven days of phone calls to get through to the Service Dep to schedule my next 6000 mlle maintenance. i was told your phone system was down for a couple of days, but the two messages I left (one on voicemail and one with a live operator) were ignored. Finally, when I called a third time, Donna your operator intervened and had me hold the line whooe she walked over to Service and got someone on the line.The appointment went smoothly. Adam was polite and helpful.

Brought the vehicle in for a scheduled repair at 7:30 am. I never received any information from Lexus during the day. I finally called at 3:30 to find out the vehicle was never touched. Inexcusable! Had to pick the vehicle up and reschedule for next week.
