I was satisfied but not impressed. He wasn’t very friendly in greeting me. Didn’t even introduce himself. Just came over to me with an iPad while I was giving my information to the tall black gentleman. And when I was surprised it would take until the next day he gave me an attitude when explaining if I get a loaner that’s the way it goes. I wasn’t upset at all. Satisfied. But if you’re striving for great customer service it didn’t happen.

I attempted to contact the dealer by phone. My calls were not answered. An unexplained disconnection occurred each time I tried to call. Then I got a series of nonsensical text from an AI robot that could not answer questions correctly. After a day of failed attempts to make an appointment, I drove to the dealer and was able to make an appointment. Everything at the dealer was fine. My service was excellent. But even after my service, the AI function continued to send text. This is not what I expect from such a fine company.

I was told my service was going to take one to one and one half hours, but it took over two hours. I had to change my afternoon schedule because of of the added time needed.
