Was not happy that I was charged 2% just because using my credit card. I should’ve been told this when I came up to drop off my car. I know there was a sign at the desk, but I do not remember it being there when I dropped off my car.

The issue is not the service. My biggest issue is I am unable to trust Lexus brand ever again. The reason why my experience with Lexus was tremendous in the last 21 !! For the first time driving out of thousand miles all highway mileage I’ve been experiencing problems with the vehicle already. Very important parts for example, Struts are rusting Each struts is $5000 . I had a heart attack when I heard I had to replace the front two for 10,000 I am so disappointed that parts are breaking down so soon and I’m seriously giving up the brand for good. I was a loyal Customer for 25 years at Metro Lexus. I purchased two vehicles from Metro Lexus not to mention Service.
