It was a long time to get my tire replaced but overall a good experience
No issues with the completion of the service work. High prices for make me want to get not urgent services like new wiper blades, tires and brakes somewhere else with more reasonable prices.
When checking in, we were not advised that service could go to Monday. Unfortunately, that was not going to work with our schedule. Travis was able to complete the service on Saturday. We are incredibly grateful for his help.

Since I am not used to newer Lexus cars, I really appreciated Autumn explaining how the loaner car worked. It was very impressive. If we were to trade our ES 350 in we would rather have an NX rather then the RX.

First I was quoted $65 for the oil change I called to schedule but when I got there I was told it was $128. Then, a 2% credit card charge is a change in policy and was not disclosed at the time that I scheduled service. I feel I should be reimbursed the $22 charge because had I known about it in advance I could/would have brought my checkbook and paid via check. I also feel the $89 diagnostic charge was excessive. I told the rep that my tire pressure indicator was faulty when I called to arrange service. Lastly I was told I needed a new drive belt and brake fluid but when I asked how long it had been since they were last replaced the rep had to “go find out”. Shouldn’t that be part of the justification when proposed repairs are quoted? I went in expecting a routine oil change and tire pressure gauge repair and left with an $1,200 bill. Very Disappointing.
