Adam provided excellent customer service. He was very kind, polite and greeted me with a smile. When I arrived for my appointment, I standing at the counter, waiting for someone, he took the time out to say someone will be right with me.

The passenger door still is loose they were supposed to have replaced the broken part and I can hear something like rubbing from under the car. They should have checked everything
Paul was fantastic. Very respectful, very professional and I very much enjoyed my visit. I’m just a little concerned since on my way home I felt some wobble/imbalance in the steering wheel. I assume the wheels were rotated and we will monitor the imbalance. We are leaving Saturday so it may have been a mistake to bring it in for service so close to leaving. We will keep you updated. I’m nervous about this because they also purchased the Kia dealership and proper service was not getting done there.

My only complaint was the dirty exterior of the loaner vehicle. I wouldn’t necessarily have needed a freshly washed car but this one had several large areas of bird droppings. I do give Travis credit for getting it washed promptly.
