No words can describe how **** I felt when I left your place and how I was lied to. I already knew what they told me. I was charged for being told what I already knew about the car. I was told that I could speak with the mechanic several times not one time was I able to speak to the man I feel very used and cheated. Very low class. All about selling the next step. The charges completely ridiculous and to tell me that I could speak to the mechanic and then bluntly lie to me and not let me speak with him was just really low class, and I was told by the young lady and the gentleman.i could speak with the mechanic. Didn’t expect such low class from a high class place. The charges for just checking things are ridiculous.

Always great working with the service department. Not at all thrilled with the 2% credit card increase . With what is charged for service , I did not think that was necessary.

I waited almost 3 hours while a tire, with a screw in it, was being changed. Finally I went back to ask how much longer or if I could reschedule. I could then see my car outside, the tire had obviously been replaced. The woman that checked me in wasn’t there, but Cortis Bunch immediately took care of me - I’ve dealt with him many times before and he is great. I’m wondering how much of my time was wasted while I waited to be informed that the work on my car was completed. The woman that checked me in indicated that I would be kept informed of the progress, I wasn’t. I was simply forgotten. Not the customer service I’ve grown accustomed to.
