Lexus Service Department , use to be thorough. I pay for good service and the quality of service that I’ve been getting from Lexus is unsatisfactory.
The recent management changes are not favorable. There were not enough assistant service managers to check in service customers. It took 30 minutes for me to check my car in and get a loaner, despite providing all necessary information online in advance. In the past loaner cars were lined up ready to go. This time, the assistant service manager had to go find the loaner himself.
