Adam did an excellent job. He explained very thoroughly everything that needed to be done and how long it would take and broke down the prices. He listened patiently to my many questions and answered each and every one in detail. I couldn’t remember how to use the actual key in the Keegan and he patiently showed me exactly how to open the door if the key fab doesn’t work .He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and polite. I look forward to working with him again when my car will be due for the next service.

Adam made arrangements with reps from our extended warranty to have the water pump replaced because of evidence of pink crust on the water pump. He also made arrangements for a loaner because we only own one car. The loaner was ready when I arrived for my 2:30 pm appointment and paperwork was fully explained to me by Adam before signing. Adam called me the next day when my car was ready and, again, everything went smoothly for my exchange of cars. Adam was efficient, has a great attitude and a pleasure to work with. Now I feel much safer now driving my car. Thank you, Adam, and Lexus. Betty Y

Jeff, everything is ok except ion the way home I received a screen notification that the tire sensors are not working. Do they have to be reset after new tires installed. How do I do this?

It took way too long. My car was done and just needed to go through the car wash. After 45 minutes I had to go ask where my car was.

Always have great experience but today was very different for some reason. The technician seemed in a hurry and bothered. Told me my warranty ends next year when I just bought the car so when I left I had to call and confirm that it’s actually in 2028. Had issues with sunroof leaking when car washing. It was checked and they said the pet has been ordered and when I was driving home the rubber part from sunroof literally fell on my head. When I called they told me to come back to fix it. Definitely not a good experience today.
