Mr Miller was fantastic to work with. I recently purchased tires from Lexus and over the weekend had gotten a flat. Mr Miller helped me schedule a time to get the tire looked at and kept me updated throughout the process. I very much appreciated his excellent communication and assistance.

Service department is so disorganized. When I had my appointment a month ago there was no record of my appointment when I arrived. I was serviced without an appointment. I had no appointment today and I don’t own a TX350. I texted this fact back earlier today, yet you are still asking for my evaluation. Makes me wonder if they would have mechanics are equally clueless

The car had a blemish on hood, I saw it when picking it up, failed to say anything. Looks like someone placed a sponge on it with something on it. Not sure who Linda is Dave Kantor was our salesperson, he did a great job.
