Although I had to return three times before the issue with my car was fixed, Jeff was courteous and determined to fix the problem which he eventually did, test driving my car two different days on his lunch hour. Mike the analyst was also great. The excellent service they provide is why I have been coming back to Metro every year since I boight my car there 11 years ago.
