The vehicle was serviced for oil change, tire rotation and wheel balancing. On our way back the tire pressure sensor came on. Tonight I checked the tire pressure. The required tire pressure is 33 psi per the label on the door. The driver side front tire pressure was 38psi, driver side rear 37.5 psi, passenger side rear 36psi passenger side front 37.5psi. Cannot believe the most simple thing cannot be done. I hope the tire pressure sensor does not come on when I drive the vehicle tomorrow.

The drop off/check in process takes entirely too long. I arrived a few minutes before my 10:30 appointment time, and did not leave until 10:50. In addition, my car was not vacuumed or washed, as I was told it would be. Cordis realized this after my car was brought around to me, and offered to run it through, but I did not have time to wait. This should have been double checked. I would like to spend less time at the dealership, not more.
