Autumn was helpful and informative. She tried to get the car scheduled for maintenance on Friday, November 21st and was told a technician “may” get to the car. We had a loaner setup to run errands but were not informed the car would need to stay overnight or potentially the weekend. For a console replacement of just one piece, the visit should not have been more than an hour as service took less than 10 minutes. It was an extremely inconvenient process that we were not informed properly of and are likely headed to a different dealership for future services as this is the third time we have had an issue with the timing of service, service quality and check in process.

Cassie was excellent, professional and kind. It was my first visit with my first purchase. She taught me the service drop off process and helped me feel comfortable in the environment as I waited for my car. The service was quick and efficient. My car was returned in a timely manner and even washed! I’m very pleased and very grateful! Thanks so much.
