I can’t praise this dealership enough. Adam was the magic man in service who took care of the repairs and assisted me on how that should proceed. A excellent associate. Quite through and professional and concerned about this transaction. I tell everyone I talk to about foe satisfied Ian wit this automobile and with this particular dealership’s, can’t thank you enough.
They couldn’t recreate the system error message but I did take a picture when it popped up this last time. I sent it to Paul Cooper, my service technician. This same error message has popped up on several occasions and I ignored it and it went away. I have been under warranty but I will soon be over 50,000 miles. I was told that when the problem happens again it will be covered under the full warranty.

We purchased our RX 350 used when it was a year old and had less than 7000 miles. We were unaware it was originally from Canada and there could be potential warranty issues until bringing it to you. I so appreciate the willingness to contact Canada Lexus instead of sending me away! I had a bit of a learning curve with your system, but appreciate the effective communication via text messages. When I returned with loaner to pick up my vehicle when the work was completed, it was quite busy, but everything ran smoothly and I was out very quickly, and surprisingly with an unexpected full tank of gas! We are loving our car and will highly recommend Lexus and your dealership!
Hey everything went well and service provider was good but my check engine light is on after my oil change and it wasn’t on previously. I texted the number after my visit but haven’t received a response from anyone.

Cordis Bunch was incredibly accommodating with my request after I could not schedule service via the app. I initially contacted a closer Lexus dealership who told me one thing but did/could not follow through. I am extremely grateful for Mr. Bunch.

Something has happened which I can’t put a finger on but you guys aren’t the same from even a year ago. I’ve bought two cars from you guys LX and GX and that’s just the start. I’ve already updated my 5 star google review with how shocked I was with such a rude staff (Cassie Thadeus). You guys aren’t going in the right direction. I’ll be writing to Lexus America about my experience today.
