I’ve been dealing with Lexus Brookpark for years and I have to sadly say that the service has declined. Just knowing that the dealership will definitely be a bit pricey and expect it to be thorough and lately it hasn’t been. They’ve missed problems on inspections that I pointed out prior to my appointments. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received

I had questions about Apple Play and connecting my phone to the cars tech systems and Travis was dismissive about it all. Didn’t seem like he wanted or cared to help. Told me to come back and pay for a diagnostic assessment but I don’t even know if there’s a problem or if my settings are just wrong because it’s a new car. Overall his personality was dry and unwelcoming. I’d expect more from a Lexus dealership.
