Wind noise from the passenger side doors was not remedied. You claim it’s the same as other NX’s. That’s not a valid argument. My RX is super quiet. I expect my NX to be the same. Find a fix!!

I bought the vehicle as a certified in June 2025. With less than a year and under 10k miles of the car with me, I’m being asked to bear the cost of front brakes replacement. Not the kind of service I was expected from a Lexus Dealership. Also I mention a complaint about the wipers during during my last service itself, but when I received my vehicle post my last service, I was told that nothing wrong with viper. But in the very next service(now), it was mentioned that viper is having issues and needs replacement. The dealership is doing all sort of things to avoid repairing/replacing the parts under warranty and charging customers to pay for the repairs.
I was first customer in line for my 7 AM scheduled appointment. However, I was not the first customer helped. The customer in line immediately after me was helped first. It was several minutes after I entered the service garage before my service rep was available to help me.
When my car was finished, I saw it outside the customer waiting area. Normally, when this happens, in a very short time (usually a minute or two), the LEXUS service rep contacts me to advise that my car is ready. This time, after waiting approximately 15 minutes, I went into the service area to inquire about my car. A LEXUS service rep (not the same one who checked me in) helped me and I was on my way.
Not the level of service I expect from LEXUS.
