The valet vehicle was filthy. The Lexus Class A service is seemingly a thing of the past.

The online portal did not provide me with correct information. I also wasnt provided with correct information when dropping of the vehicle including being told only tire alignment was needed even though a oil change was also needed.

Jeffrey was probably the best service guy I’ve ever worked with and I’ve owned Porsches for the last 14 years. Great interpersonal skills, helped me resolve some cosmetic issues with my SUV and got me out quickly. Probably the best service call I’ve ever had! Unfortunately, my vehicle is a Porsche or I’d come back to Jeffrey every time!

I purchased new tires in January 2021. I brought my car in because we picked up a screw of nail in the tread, which was repairable. I was surprised that my road hazard was only good for 2 years, so I had to pay $40 for the repair. I have purchased a lot of tires from Sam’s Club, and they never charged for this type of repair. In the future I won’t purchase tires from Lexus due to your inferior road hazard warranty. The service itself and the Service Tech was great,
Jeff checked me in quickly but still took the time to make sure the car’s information was correct. He gave me some tips on car care too. The service was done quickly.
My experience with Metro Lexus has been very good… nothing but positive encounters.
