The experience was far below the standard of Lexus. The service and sales department has since done a lot to overcome their inadequacies and for that I am appreciative. I am hopeful that my next service experience will be back to the standard of excellence that I had come to expect from my past.
Jeff was amazing. He communicated and made sure my car was done quickly since I needed to get to work. He explains things very thoroughly. And did it all with a smile.
