Scheduled appointment to program a second key and to be helped with technology ended up with digital key delivered without mechanical insert and technology specialist was busy with other customers at the time not exactly what can be called luxury experience

You did not check cooling filter for hv battery. Please do this during my second key service on 12-21-23.
Tires have 4 psi more than specs. I left two voicemails but no one ever returned the call. Makes the vehicle ride much harder than before. We live over an hour from dealership so returning is not easy to do. Vehicle shows 36 psi so why so much higher than spec?

Seems it is like you want come come otherwise don’t come and also I don’t mind paying for your services but sometime real simple small things like cleaning battery terminals cost $39 really
It was just that I did not pay attention to that but it is ok
Yet when you talk to people it is like well you said so just bad customer responses
