Paul was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that my tire replacement was covered by my extended warranty. He contacted the Lexus dealer in Charleston, SC to get the warranty information. I was very pleased with Paul’s service assistance.
For the 1st 24 hours there was no plan on the Q time or when the inspection will be scheduled.
The car was covered with ice and snow when I picked it up. The agent removed some. I removed the rest Ruth my hands. Everything else was super. It wasn't Adam; I didn't see him on Tuesday.

Excellent service. ! Drove into service at 4:45 with a tire repair. Since tire ( new) couldn’t be repaired I was to get a free tire since it was under warranty. Done in 1 hr with a car wash.

Metro Lexus was the best Service I have ever received for my car. Not only did they change my oil in a timely fashion but they also vacuumed and washed my car. I will never service anywhere else even though I do not drive a Lexus, yet. I will recommend this affordable and luxurious service to all of my friends and family! I was completely satisfied with the work and the service reps Cordis Bunch and Jeff Walker. Other than some body work, Metro has done ALL of the maintenance on the 193,000+ miles on the car.
Also, Josh was excellent (when he was there) and Kevin McGuire (who sold me both Lexus RXs we bought at Metro) were excellent.
I am always very satisfied with Jeff Miller and the service I receive.
