I genuinely appreciate the honesty of the service you provide. You could have charged for a diagnostic check but didn’t because you found the likely issue beforehand. You could have gone ahead and done the diagnostic and charged me for it, even though it wasn’t needed.

A 2.5 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is excessive and I had an appointment. Everything else was fine.
In the dealership recommend heat. The three of us waiting were cold????
