Lexus team cassie/cordis seems nice, respectful. Techs thought i had a simple clockspring fix and sent me video. I paid about $1,000 thinking it was fixed. Lexus had car for about a month and they can get the noise to quiet down but it never goes away and gets louder in a day or so after a few shop visits. This worries my pregnant girlfriend... Unfortunately paid a lot of money and have nothing to show for it. Same problem. I am sure everyone working on this car is frustrated too. I get it... Just a tough situation all around Unfortunately
I enjoyed having Autumn as a representative.she was very helpful. She made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the process. She told me I need brakes, but did not try to pressure me into them today. She was thoughtful and kind. As a women that has worked in male dominated jobs, I'm so glad to see females in these spaces, but I think it was her kindness and real concern, and the no pressure to get my brakes done, that I appreciate the most.
I will be setting up a appointment soon to get the brakes done.

The service person was great and the actual service I assume was done correctly. You asked if I was completely satisfied. I said no because the service which was oil change took 2 hrs. I was not expecting to wait that long. I also live in in Twinsburg so round trip plus 2 hrs ended up at least 3 hrs out of my day.
