After waiting one year, I finally received my second key fob for the car. The key fob was missing the manual key insert.

I was satisfied with Cassie she was great but I was a little disappointed that the driver side window was down after having the windows tinted and told beforehand that after the tinting that the windows shouldn’t be let down for 3 to 5 days.
The service is always excellent. I have been a satisfied Lexus customer for 26 years.

Always convenient and professional
They didn’t have my car ready when promised and didn’t call me about it i had to call to find out why it wasn’t ready then had to wait two more days to pick it up over weekend
