When I arrived to pick up my car Paul was with a customer. I waited close to 10 minutes without being acknowledged by him so l interject it while he was with another customer and asked him if someone else could help me since he never acknowledged my presence. Another representative checked me out, and I was on my way. This is the first time this has happened so I was really surprised.

Ian was very helpful and thorough. I also really like the video showing the underside of the car and going over the inspection points. I do hope that I hear back early next week regarding the bubbling on the chrome trim at the trunk. That just should not be happening on a car of this age. I do hope that Lexus will stand behind its product. Cordis Bunch is looking into that for me.
