The entire team and Cassie was attentive, and the individual who checked me in for the loaner car was very gracious. I went to get a cup of coffee and when I came back, he had already put my work bag in the car. When I returned the individual guiding me into the bay was super helpful and attentive. I truly felt like i was extremely special. This service I received will allow me to tell others how well I was treated and to come and buy a car at this dealership. My salesperson Tori sent an email prior to me arriving for my appointment, which I thought was a nice touch. This is my 3rd RX 350 & the service has improved over time very well.
