I appreciate the effort in getting me an answer on what an indicator light in the overhead light/SOS cluster was for. Paul didn’t have an immediate answer but he continued to research it after I left and texted me with the answer by the time I got home! Truly fantastic customer service!

My car was kept for two weeks and you still can tell me what’s wrong with my car. You tried to charge me $400+ to complete diagnostics which again, you can’t tell me what’s wrong. You also want to charge me $1,023 to do work on my car that you can’t guarantee will resolve the problem. You all are running a scam and this is completely unacceptable!!!
