Adam was great. There are other techs that I try to avoid. I always ask for Cordis but thought I was give this new person a try. Very professional. Not condescending like one other service employee that I have worked with and avoid.

You could not determine what was causing my problem and I was forced to transport my own car, when promised when I purchased it that I would always receive valet service.
