Paul was exemplary! He delivered bad news w/o while relating my options. A very good service writer. I am less pleased with Lexus. I have had Toyotas, Nissans and Saabs with 80 to 100k miles and never replaced a strut. Maybe time to look at the Koreans.
Price of the mirror at $1500 seems excessive
