Paul did an excellent job listening to my concerns about what was happening to my car and also explaining what will be done to evaluate the situation. He also sent me updates while I was waiting and at the end of the diagnosis explained in detail what was going on and why there wasn’t a need to replace the latch on my trunk at this time. As he felt something in my handbag was probably pushing against the key. I really appreciated the honesty and the fact that he didn’t rush to sell me a new latch plus cost of labor. Thanks very Paul and the service person also!!

Service on 7/9/24 was excellent! However I was just there last week and the service technician stated the battery tested fair and it could wait till the next scheduled service. It was very frustrating that the battery was not replaced at that time , this would have prevented me from being stranded at work several days later.
