Mr. Miller provided me w/ what I would describe as a Lexus- worthy customer service: He was informative, responsive, and professional through out the interaction. Outstanding service. Great customer service
Paul was polite, professional and helpful. He let me know that it was not time to have the brakes replaced. Any other type of auto dealership would have replaced the brakes . Providing service which is helpful is a plus and we have always received this type of customer service from Lexus.
