The brake caliper had a clip that was not reusable so I had to get a loaner and return the next day. The tech probably should have known that the clips are one time use. Other than that, service was great. Ian did a nice job and all is good. Still love you guys.

A continuation of my previous comments. I expect to drive the vehicle 200,000 miles without any issues. It didn’t happen with the LS 500. warranty just expired . I drive mostly highway miles . I expect Lexus to cover the cost of repairing the height control compressor. I can’t afford to pay $7500 for a compressor which will last at least 200,000 miles. What happened to the pursuit of perfection? The employees in the service department are very nice. I drove domestic vehicles in the past and they were good for 100,000 miles the LS 500 remind me of them!!!
