Service was fine. The gentleman helping me was friendly and knowledgeable. But the waiting facilities are definitely not as nice as Akron canton. No snacks? Made for a long 2 hour wait.

Quick to greet me when I arrived, friendly, set expectations well and the maintenance itself was quicker than expected. My car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in and the area where I waited was great. I could work while I waited. Great first experience.
Adam was phenomenal. He was very helpful. However the loaner I received was not good. It had very bad smell. Me and my son both felt sick after riding in it. Although vehicle was new it did not feel like new at all. Did not expect that from Lexus. I hope there is better inspection done before giving out loaners.
