Jeff always listens to my concerns, answers all questions and gets me on my way in a timely manner.
I always request Jeff when I come to get my car serviced. His customer service and professionalism is UNMATCHED! He always explains everything to me thoroughly and provides the absolute best customer service!
The service was very good. However the time it took to get the service done was not good. I waited close to 3 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment. The appointment was scheduled so it wasn’t that I was an unexpected walk in. I think Cassie was aware it was unusually long as she gave me a $30 discount. Overall I was satisfied, but would have been completely satisfied if the service were completed in an hour or an hour and a half.
Jeff always does a wonderful job. He explains recommendations and answers my questions and addresses my concerns. Well done Jeff!

I paid for tire patch that was evidently not performed. Written quotes for required work did not match mechanic’s video assessment- both scope and price are incorrect.

The service was excellent, personnel outstanding.
I was quite surprised though that an upgrade to my navigation system would NOT be paid for under my purchased warranty on my Lexus approved used Lexus.
Such an upgrade would only involve the tech time… No expensive parts to replace-Simply the tech time to do it.
Kinda cheap in light of my two grand add-on to the total car purchase.
Live and learn in Lexus world!
P.S The cappuccino coffee was delicious!
