Wasn't his fault. My problem couldn't be addressed. The resolution to the problem was unsatisfactory however it is a dealership/Lexus issue and not that of your representatives.
Jeffery went above and beyond helping me resolve the problem, he was very professional, and explanatory. 5 star !!!!!
