Metro Lexus and Jeff do a great job
He was polite/professional/fast and efficient.
Pulled in this morning and was completely ignored by two associates sitting at their desks. It was probably 4-5 minutes before someone appeared to check me in. He had zero sense of urgency and no personality.
As always the service was fantastic fast, professional and communication skills were outstanding.

Jeffrey Miller, the mechanics, and the overall customer service is the reason why I returned to Metro Lexus for car service. Jeffrey was able to work with my limited scheduling availability and he explained each needed and recommended service in a technical way which helped me to feel confident in proceeding with repairs and preventative maintenance.

There was another issue that happened after the service. It is unresolved and I left a voicemail to Jeffrey asking for a call back. I am sure he call as I left the message at the end of the day.
