First rate service. Cassie was welcoming and efficient. My only complaint would be overpricing.

I had hoped for a better deal getting my mud flaps purchased and in stalled.
When leaving I questioned why only two mud flaps. Was told it must be because of the model. Later I received a call that there was a mistake on my install. There are supposed to be four mud flaps. Was told I would receive a call when the front mud flaps come in. Now I will have to drive back in town from Avon Lake. Had planned today with an appointment in Cleveland. Inconvenience

When I got home I checked the seatbelt and it seems one of the buckles didn’t get put back on. I will call about it in morning.
1 and 1/2 hour wait - quoted 2 hours for oil change that an appointment was made for. Overcharged for service that I had coupon for. Report stated tires and belts- and all other parts green/good. On way home- discovered cut in sidewall of tire. Tire needs to be replaced and was told driving belt needs to be replaced by Lexus, even though report states belts are in good/green shape.
I make a point to work with Curtis or Jeff as often as possible. I find all of your service personnel to be excellent (Adam, for example), but Curtis and Jeff know my vehicle well and make a point to pay attention to the services that are recommended and performed. I trust Curtis and Jeff completely.
Adam was great to deal with- friendly, attentive, and responsive. My only drawback- in previous service in years past, my car would come back super clean and detailed. Last few times, interior wasn’t cleaned and what was cleaned seemed to be to a lower standard than I remember. Also- still waiting on a fix for the leather on my driver’s side seat , but was assured they were working on it. Thanks to all the staff at Lexus for always being so accommodating and serving with a smile!

My Metro Lexus service experience on 08/22/2024 was superb. Adam , my service advisor preformed his role well with courtesy and with professionalism. Additionally my sales consultant , Mr Matt Long , assisted very professionally and helped facilitate my excellent service experience by answering many of my technical questions regarding the RX450h and additionally for our newly recently purchased 2024 RX350h.
