I rated three because of my experience with the individuals who checked my loaner car back into service on August 22nd, 2024. After the service representative checked my car in, a conversation was had between both service representatives regarding damages to the rim of the car. I explained to the representative that I did not damage the rim. The representative said I had probably hit a curb and damaged the rim. Also, I was informed by the representative that I would have to pay for the damages and the cost would be less than my insurance deductible. However, before I left the dealership on August 20th, 2024, I inquired about a few markings on the car's hood and I was informed the marks were from a washcloth. About 15 minutes after I left the dealership, my husband noticed the same markings on the hood. Therefore, I decided to video record the entire car. Upon returning the car on August 22nd, 2024 after being accused of damaging the car, I watched the video and noticed that the same rim I was accused of damaging was already damaged. How many other customers were charged with damaging this same rim and had to pay for the damages? I felt like I was being accused of something I didn't do and called a liar. If I didn't have this video for evidence, I would be paying for damages I didn't cause.
As I have said before Jeff Miller is the best. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand every aspect of the repairs and like the phrase, Lexus… Experience amazing! I did not know that also extended!, to the service department, but Jeff Miller makes the trip
so pleasurable and I do so appreciate him and your service team!
