Cordis did great. Was very easy to work with and the team of Metro Lexus was very knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly.
Cassie enlightened me on a few things so that I fully understand what services I was getting and what services I am entitled to receive with the package that I purchased at the initial sale. I appreciate her for that!
The customer service, technician and valet service were fabulous.
The detailing was not good. Windshield was streaky and there was bird poop on the hood not cleaned. Spots on the back floor mats. Driver seat was not cleaned. I have photos for your review. Detailing is expensive. I expect a better job.
