My car had gear leaking after they fixed it it had unusual sound anyone cat hear it, I took it back to the dealer the customer service guy have raid with me and he said yes something not right I will let the technician raid it and fix it after 3 days the technician called me and he what raid the car with me, during the raiding the technician said yes I heard the sound I will work on it.
After 2 more days the customer service called and said this sounds normal and your car nothing wrong with it come take your car we can’t do anything for you.
Ian explained everything nicely and service was prompt.
