I was charged for a piece that fell off a brand new car. Not happy about that.
As always the service was excellent. Both at drop off and pick up all of the people who spoke with me, took care of me, answered questions etc did a wonderful job and were very professional. My past four cars have all been Alexis and that's the reason why. The customer service is fabulous!
I am pretty disappointed in my overall Lexis experience… I’m told that the Lexi’s experience is wonderful… I just haven’t got that vibe!!!!
