Micah and Ian are both exceptional along with your entire service staff. I tell people all the time that Metro’s service department is the absolute best and I would keep buying/leasing a Lexus for that reason alone. Thanks to everyone in service that makes the whole experience so amazing!
The Assistant Service Manager had to wait more than 25 minutes to get an answer about whether the tire was covered by insurance. He was very apologetic and kept me informed.
