My advisor AJ is awesome. The techs that worked on my car differs. I had to bring my car in multiple times within this year because after fixing one mistake they make another. Which is very time consuming and emotional draining. As being a dealership customers expect the highest professional work standards but what I’ve seen and experienced is that it would be better off bringing it to an outside shop. I appreciate Toyota fixing the problems but their shouldn’t be any mistakes one after another.

Rose was wonderful and I look forward to having her take care of me and service for my car. I have always felt confident that the work done on my car was done correctly. Only one thing that would make it better is not taking so long to complete the work. Many things were checked and I appreciate that but I came in for rotation of tires and an oil change. My appointment was for 9 and I left after 11. Not to worry I will continue to use Allen Toyota I just wanted to be truthful.
