I had a tire that had low pressure. They should have found and corrected that during their multi point inspection. Also, why did they turn on the seat heater and steering wheel heater? They also messed with other controls and didn't return them to the position they found them in.

I dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment. I was told I would also get a recall taken care of. Zach called me after noon to ask if I wanted the 4 wheel alignment done. I agreed, but I had to call back at 4:30 to see if my car was finally finished. It was supposedly being finished and I took a 20 minute Uber ride to the dealership and still had to wait while my car was made ready. If I had known that this was going to be an all day affair I would have planned my day differently. As it was I had to cancel my afternoon plans and I was not happy about that. I feel that if I had waited at the dealership my car would have been ready sooner, which is ridiculous.

You kept my truck 3 days last week to install a trailer brake relay that I had to call you to find out it had come in, and my problem still was not solved. You kept my truck 4 days this week and determined that another relay was not getting power and had to order another part and that relay eta is June 12th. So no I’m not satisfied at all with the service I’ve received from J. Allen Toyota!

I dont know Jaylen. My service advisor was eric. He was excellent. The first valet to meet my vehicle was demanding and control focused not the customer.

The service team damaged my car. Scrapes in the paint and gouges in the plastic. I will be sending pictures to the GM via text along with a phone call on Monday to learn how this will be repaired.

I was very disappointed today. I had an appointment at 7:45 AM this morning and I had to get my windshield wipers changed and my tires turning rotated, but I said look before you rotate the tires. Give me a quote on a set of tire because I need that I don’t always spend time and money. The guy checking me and said no problem hour and a half later I haven’t heard nothing went to get me some popcorn for some reason. I just looked outside the door there and I see my truck sitting in the parking lot so I went to the counter and asked the guys up there. Hey what’s going on with my truck and he says oh he said the tires are not in stock and getting a quote. He said apologize for not letting you know texting you. I apologize. I said I don’t need apologize I need something fixture. This is the third time this has happened to me. I’m waiting for something that wasn’t never done. Very disappointing.

I feel like I should have been more informed with the progress. I was told it would be a few hours when I made an appointment. Then when I dropped it off, I was told it would take most of the day as several technicians called in and did not show up. Then I received a text telling me that evening they would have to keep it for part to come in. I did not hear anything until I called back the next day and finally got a response and they told me that the car was ready.
