Kept my car for too long (4.5 days) with very little communication.
Jaylen our service guy was really very professional, very considerate and listened to what we were telling him about the vehicle. He is one of the best ones you have there.
The problem is the ridiculous prices you make it so difficult for people to get their vehicles running there are so much more repairs than is actually really necessary when you have a few thousand dollars already of a bill that is only one repair. Prices are way too high and do not absolutely not recommend them because of their repair prices on vehicles
I made an appointment for 830a, I got up at 4a to catch a ride with my son so I could drop my truck off before the service dept opened. Zach called me at 730a to let me know they had my truck, after going over what I wanted done and explaining it was the only transportation We have and that I would need my truck at the end of the day. I didnt hear from him again until I called at 250p to inquire about it Zach told me they didnt have time to look at it. Correct me if Im wrong but isnt that the whole point of making an appointment. Had to catch a ride to pick it up and still not any closer to finding out what the issue is. It is a major inconvenience for me to do without my vehicle and impose on others to follow me to your shop to drop my truck off and pick it up with nothing to show for it.

I was not told that my car was going to stay overnight i drop my car off at 7:30 and I have to call for an update on it then I missed work for the day the next day I have to call for another update it was 11:00 and I waited two hours for an Uber so I was late again for my job unto of that dirty rags were left in my car and my stuff was thrown all over the cashier was not nice i have had bad experience before but this is the worst I don't think I want to get another one like this anymore
Excellent communication, Professional team. Technicians seem to be first class. Will snd have shared this opinion with others.

The service writer was disappointing. He didn't meet me with courtesy, but more of a scalding that I didn't make an appointment and stated they would have 300 customers a day if they took people without appointments. I understand an appointment for a repair, but I simply needed an oil change. He also pushed to have the tires rotated and I don't even have 1,000 miles on my new tires. I have used Bert Allen and J Allen for many years, but I don't plan on coming back. It also took an hour and a half and I feel the service tech had me wait since he wasn't happy with me "not making an appointment" and he had questioned me and said, "So you are refusing a tire rotation?" He might be a hard worker, but he needs refinement on his personal communication skills. He could cost you loyal customers.

You recommended new tires last week; I immediately made appointment for this week. I went in for service and waited for over 1.5 hrs only to be told we are sorry, WE ARE OUT OF STOCK ON YOUR TIRES. Then had to wait additional 15-20 minutes for them to put my old tires back on my car before leaving.
Worst service in my history of dealing with J Allen Toyota.
Johnathan was a great Sales rep and service advisor. Ever since I started buying Highlanders in 2007, any service work that was done was followed by the car being vacuumed and often washed. Sadly since I've been coming here in Gulfport that was not offered and when I asked for it I was told it's not done. However, Johnathan stepped up and said he would see if at least they would vacuum the vehicle. That was a plus and I was very pleased with his managing my service today. I was especially disappointed when asking for that and it was denied in the past after I was responsible for 2 new customers buying that day I came in to get my new 2024 Highlander. All other dealers offer that when their customers come in for service. At the very least vacuuming is a part of the service. I believe the Manager and Jay Allen should consider this after a service or repair visit.
I bring the car for a problem with the bottom cover on Tuesday and today Wednesday I noticed it wasn't fixed properly, I gonna call tomorrow Thursday morning to bring the car again
Zach ensured that all of my many questions were answered and he was very thorough in providing the information. It is nice to experience someone who is knowledgeable and provides great customer service.

Donnie was great and the servicing took exactly one hour. Which was a pleasant surprise.
It was nice you guys provided a ride for my wife and girls to get home after dropping off vehicle. The bill was worth finding out what was wrong with my Jeep. Had the estimate not been so high, I would have had the work done, but I'm perfectly capable of doing the repairs at home myself, so that's what I'll do this time.
