We are satisfied with the service on our Highlander but one issue that is safety related - the air pressure in the spare tire was not marked or checked and it was 30lbs low on air pressure. Thank you

Rose should not be in service. She was going on and on about how my appointment time was with her, and not with service, trying to explain a way the 2 1/2 hour wait so they could tell me that a fog light needed to be replaced. As I pressed her for the time, she then told me that she was doing her job and walked away. She absolutely should not be on the front line, perhaps a better position would be back of HOUSE where she is not guest facing. I will not use her again as a service advisor.

I had an appointment on Friday and when I got there they told me they couldn't see my vehicle because they are behind even though I made the appointment just for that. So its very frustrating. So now I go back Monday and if its not taken care of will just show that you don't take your appointments serious
