He greeted me upon arrival! He was very courteous and friendly. He asked how he could help me and looked me up and his IPad. He told me I could wait in the waiting area! Sent me a text. Came and got me upon completion! I asked him for some paper mats. He got them for me. I signed my slip and was on my way. He was very professional.

I was told that there would be no charge for estimating repairs, but was told differently when I showed up then handed a bill anyway.
