I have been a loyal customer for all service on my Tacoma since purchased. However, service prices seem to have risen significantly. I am considering having my vehicle serviced elsewhere based on price. I regret this however, because you all have been awesome to deal with.
Thank you all for the service on my vehicle the only one complaint I have is that my tire pressure gauge light is still on and it was brought to the service rep's attention other than that, thank you all the service of my vehicle.

I had to call 5 times to figure out what was happening with my car as it was kept for a day and a half before a simple inspection was done. Not even the repair. Nobody told me when my car was being worked on, called me to let me know that the inspection was done or answer questions I had about a warranty. I was constantly told that someone would call me but it never occurred. I had to call for the information every single time.
I regret that when I had my 10:00, the diagnostic computer was down;
car could not be analyzed. However I came with a specific issue and really didn't plan on the car being analyzed. I knew what I wanted fixed and the vehicle was running fine.
Donnie was very professional and stayed on top of the service needed.
A few months ago my 06 LC had $10k service
Brought back for same steering wheel/axle rod/bearing much worse they paid $4k kept for a week they said was ready the car was worse they also charged for a part and said in the car but was not
Zack said car is fixed took Dennis for a drive and he saw how bad
Last year they destroyed my 04 LX470 had to tow it to Lexus Mobile they said Allen Toyota totaled it!
All I know is to call Rose if I ever need anything at all. She’s the one who will make things happen! Thanks Rose
