Jaylen was wonderful and with me being 71 and being disabled from bad back surgery requiring a recall as well as other repairs on my vehicle that would take several hours,he provided transportation to my home and back when service was completed on both days. I was really grateful. I would like him for all my services. Thank you to both Jaylen and Allen Toyota for a wonderful experience with my services.

I asked for a coolant change for my Prius-it took 5 hours then I found out that it was only for the gas motor and the electric inverter side was not done and I need to go back for that at an additional charge of over $400 -seriously? Poor service and rip off cost ????
