All was good - great service - mechanic was fantastic. No issue but my lug nut key was not returned. Fortunately the Service Rep was able to locate it. Well there is one issue - Mr Allen won’t sell me the white Tacoma 4x4 in the lobby ???? But I understand - I won’t sell my ‘96 Tacoma I bought from his dad in ‘96. ???? Bill

It seems like the last few times I have been in for service my air conditioning was turned down to the lowest setting,the Data center was changed,the radio was changed. My question is what do these things have to do with an oil change and tire rotation? I have found no notes or references for these to be changed.why is the technician spending that much time sitting in my car? Is this why the wait time is so long?
