She was great! A real delight to work with. Also, the Parts Department was terrific...especially Mike who walked out to my car and solved a problem I was having due to my lack of knowledge on how to get a flash drive to work on my car. He solved it right away and this is a problem evidently that a lot of people are having judging from the online comments. I'm extremely impressed with the entire organization and look forward to coming back for service and maintenance checkups, etc. Thanks again!

Service and staff are fine…just a little disappointed with messaging that resulted in all of the work I approved wasn’t completed…will have to be back in to finish in the next few weeks, when I was hoping all repairs would be done in the one visit. Have already discussed this. Thank you.

Over 4 hours for a 15000 inspection no oil, and a brake resurface on the rear. Car sat in my view after it was ready for 25 mins more. It’s rough to put up with the dealership. Employees having a circus and hot dogs. Talked to others waiting same experience

We specifically asked him to be sure and check the spare tire. He assured us it would be done. On the work sheet he gave us, it showed nothing being done with the spare tire.

Over my last several service appointments there had been a screen recall for my tundra and the service attendants suggested that I would have to leave the vehicle due to the recall taking at least 1-4hrs. I’ve been unable to leave it as it is my only vehicle. Zach was the first to assure me it could be done with only a slightly longer wait than the normal oil change and I wouldn’t have to leave it for the day. I was in at 730 for an 8 appt. and out by 1030 with oil/tire rotate/recall complete. Extremely pleased with Zach’s quick, efficient and informative customer service!
